Weisse Federlibelle

     (from Boudot & al. 2009:88): Platycnemis latipes is endemic to the southwestern Europe and is widespread in southwestern France and the Iberian Peninsula. One old record from Mallorca in the Balearic Islands has long been regarded as doubtful.  


Die Weisse Federlibelle, Platycnemis latipes Rambur 1842, ist ein westeuropäischer Endemit, der in Frankreich und auf der iberischen Halbinsel vorkommt. Nach einem Beitrag auf dem Forum Natura mediterraneo kommt die Art auch in Ligurien vor. Nicht ausgefärbte Exemplare der Blauen FederlibelleP. pennipes – können leicht mit der Weissen Federlibelle verwechselt werden. Nach De Knijf & al. (2010) kommt die Art in Portugal nur an Fliessgewässern vor.
