Edward Mandell House wird 1858 in Houston, Texas, geboren. Bekannt wird er als „Colonel House“, obwohl er keinerlei militärische Sachkenntnisse hat. 1911 berät er den späteren Präsidenten Woodrow Wilson, hilft den Gründern der FED, vereinbart mit England den Kriegseintritt und verhandelt in Versailles. Edward Mandell House is born in Housten, Texas, in 1858. He is known as "Colonel House" despite the fact that he has no military knowledge. In 1911 he counsels the later president Woodrow Wilson, helps to found the FED, arranges the entry into the war with England and bargains in Versailles.
