Übersehene Pechlibelle

     (from Boudot & al. 2009:69): Ischnura intermedia is a poorly known species, perhaps often overlooked due to its resemblance with I. pumilio. Its known range reaches from Turkey and Syria to the northeastern parts of Iran and Turkestan.

Die Übersehene Pechlibelle, Ischnura intermedia Dumont 1974, kommt von der Türkei über Syrien bis in den Iran bzw Turkestan vor. Über sie ist sehr wenig bekannt und es gibt kaum Publikationen. Der Bildautor schrieb mir: "Der Biotop an diesem Tag war sehr heiss, über 40°C Im Schatten; es war noch etwas Wasser übrig. Aus der Wand des Wadi kam auf einige Stellen ein bisschen Wasser. Die Ischura intermedia hielten sich im Schatten auf, andere Arten waren S. meridionale, P. dealbata, O. coerulescens ssp anceps, T. annulata…. "
