Der Berner Prozess

Im Berner Prozess zwischen 1933 – 1935 geht es darum, ob die „Protokolle der Weisen von Zion“ im Sinne der Berner Gesetze „Schundliteratur“ darstellen. Im Zuge des Prozesses wird der Ursprung der „Protokolle“ ergründet und untersucht, ob sie übles Machwerk, ein Plagiat und/oder eine Fälschung seien. 

   The Bern Process between 1933 and 1935 is about whether the „Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion“ represent „trashy literature“ in the sense of the Bern Laws. In the course of the process, the origin of the „Protocols“ is fathomed and examined as to whether they are a bad work of art, a plagiarism and/or a forgery.
