Die Asiatische Flussjungfer, Paragomphus lineatus (Selys 1850), ist eine asiatische Art, die ihr westlichstes Verbereitungsgebiet in der Levante (südliche Türkei und nördliches Syrien) besitzt; deren Verbreitungsgebiet reicht bis Indien (Shende & Patil 2013), Nepal (Bedjanic 2013) und Iran (Sadeghi 2009). Shaun & al. (2013) beschreiben die Präimaginalstadien.
